Kids’ Ministry

This is the biggest ministry at Divine Gospel Ministries Church. Led by Mercy Mungai and Faith Njuguna, it has not only grown in size, it has also expanded in age groups. Kids from ages 1-15 and over are part and parcel of this ministry. They work hard to make sure that the kids receive everything from love to discipline. The kids are taught bible verses, plays, lessons, and dances. Young kids ages 1-5, learn how to spell, count and sing. The rest of the kids memorize Bible verses and learn new lesson from the Bible every Sunday. The teachers make sure that they incorporate everyone in the dances and plays regardless of age. The scripts and dances are written and directed by the Sunday school teachers and they normally take 5-6 weeks to complete. During big events, they do new performances for the parents. We understand that these kids are preachers and praise and worship leaders of tomorrow.
